Bird’s Nest and Dried Scallop Congee

Ingredients

Soaked Bird's Nest
4 pcs
Hokkaido Dried
50g
Scallops
Rice
150g
Olive Oil
1tsp
Sea Salt
Appropriate amount
Chopped Green Onion
Appropriate amount

Procedure

  1. After cleaning the white rice, mix in olive oil and sea salt to let the rice grains expand and soften.
  2. Bring a pot of water to boil, add the softened rice and simmer over medium heat for 30 minutes.
  3. Add the fully soaked bird’s nest and thoroughly washed Hokkaido dried scallops, and continue simmering the congee for another 30 minutes.
  4. Once the congee is fully cooked, season it with a suitable quantity of sea salt and chopped scallions to enhance the seafood’s delicate flavor, and it is ready to enjoy.
