Q01: What is the "Chong Kio Club" membership program? How can I join?

The “Chong Kio Club” membership program is our system of rewarding our members. To join, simply make any purchase at our stores or official online shop, fill
out the registration form for membership, agree to the terms and conditions, and provide a valid mobile phone number and email for account verification (each
phone number can only be used for one account). After verification, your account will be successfully set up, and you will become a “Chong Kio Club” member.

Q02: What are the benefits of becoming a member?

As a “Chong Kio Club,” you will enjoy exclusive privileges, shopping point rewards, special discounts for members, and priority invitations to exclusive events for members.

Q03: How can I earn points?

You can start earning point rewards by making any purchase at our stores and official online shop to become an old friend. Please note that points earned at physical stores and the online shop are not interchangeable. Additionally, the shipping fees for online purchases or delivery services at physical stores are not counted towards the eligible amount for point rewards.

Points can be redeemed based on the redemption rate according to your membership level:

“Grateful” and “Respect” members: Every HK$1 spent equals 1 point.

“Honor” members: Every HK$1 spent equals 1.5 points.

“Longevity” members: Every HK$1 spent equals 2.0 points.

When shopping at designated stores, please provide your membership number or the registered contact phone number associated with your member account. The points earned from the purchase will be credited to your member account on the following day. If you make a purchase on the official website , please log in to your member account before checkout. The submitted order and corresponding points will be recorded in your consumption account. The points earned from the purchase will be credited to your member account within 14 working days after you receive the goods.

Q04: How can I check my current points balance?

Members can log in to the official website’s “Membership” to check their points balance. Additionally, members can also visit or contact the store/WeChat to inquire about their points balance from dedicated Chong Kio Wellness Consultants. Once the member account is successfully registered and verified, you can conveniently view your points balance anytime, anywhere. You can also receive the latest shopping offers, wellness information, and exclusive promotional event details.

Q05: What is the validity period of the points?

The points are valid for 24 months, and any points that expire will be automatically cleared.

Q06: What products can be redeemed with the points?

The products available for redemption with points are subject to periodic updates. For details, please inquire at the store or consult with a dedicated Chong Kio Wellness Consultant. You can also stay updated by checking the “Latest News” and “Member Offers” sections on the official website.

Q07: Can I enjoy membership benefits when shopping on the official online shop?

Store membership is only applicable for in-store purchases. If you wish to shop on the official website, you need to apply for online membership. Store membership and online membership are not interchangeable, so please take note of this.

Q08: Can I merge my points with those of my friends and family?

Points cannot be shared, transferred, or merged. Each member can only use the points accumulated in their own account and cannot combine them with anyone else’s.

Q09: Can I have my friends or family members redeem store points on my behalf?

To protect your rights, store points must be redeemed by the account holder. When redeeming points for products at the store, you need to present valid proof of identity (such as a credit card).

Q10: What happens to the refund or used points if I need to return a purchase?

After a return, you will receive a refund of the amount paid. If you exchange the product, the calculation will be based on the discounted price. However, used points cannot be refunded to your account.

Q11: Can I earn points when checking out as a guest?

Sorry, checking out as a guest will not earn you points or entitle you to other exclusive benefits for members. Please remember to log in with your registered member email account to make purchases, earn points, and enjoy other extraordinary privileges!

Q01: How do I know if my order has been received?

After successfully placing an order, you will see an order confirmation page and receive an order confirmation email.

Orders placed on the official online shop will be reviewed within 24 hours and shipped within 3 to 5 business days after confirming your order.

All orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday). If you place an order on a weekend or public holiday, it will be processed on the next business day.

We cannot guarantee the accuracy of product descriptions, product images, prices, promotions, inventory, ingredients, or other information or content on the website. We reserve the right to modify or update website information or cancel orders due to inaccuracies or omissions. We will not charge your credit card until your order enters the shipping process. If we cancel an order after charging your credit card, we will refund the full payment to your account. Chong Kio reserves the right to cancel any orders that do not comply with our terms and conditions.

Q02: How can I check the status of my placed order?

After logging into your account, click on “My Account” (the “person” icon in the top menu) and then click on “Order History” to view the order statu and tracking number of your order.

Q03: What payment methods are available?

You can make payments using Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay, American Express, Alipay, or WeChat Pay. If you are using an international credit card, your shipping address must be in Hong Kong. When ordering products on the official online shop, please provide a local contact phone number and use your Hong Kong shipping address as your billing address.

Q04: Why am I unable to place an order and make payment?

If your payment is declined or the system is unable to process the transaction while shopping on the official online shop, please try the following steps:

Check your internet connection to ensure a smooth ordering process.

Ensure that the personal information entered for your credit card is correct, including the credit card security code, expiration date, and billing address, which should match the information registered with your credit card.

The Chong Kio official online shop participates in the 3D Secure system for Visa and Mastercard and the SafeKey secure shopping mechanism for American Express. You will receive a six-digit “one-time password” via SMS to your registered mobile phone number for authentication. Make sure to enter the correct “one-time password” to complete the payment process.

Your issuing bank may reject the transaction. Please contact your issuing bank directly to understand the reason for the rejection.

If the above steps do not resolve the issue, try making payment with another credit card to submit a new order.

Q05: Do you accept international orders?

We accept international orders. Due to varying import restrictions and tariffs imposed by customs worldwide, please inquire with your local customs office for relevant matters. For details, please refer to our “Shipping and Return Policy” or inquire with our Chong Kio Wellness consultants.

Q06: Can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel a submitted order, please email service@chongkio.com or call +853 6283 2980 to contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. However, if the order is already in processing or has been shipped, we regret that we are unable to modify or cancel your order. Reasons for order or partial order cancellation may include:

Product out of stock

Inability to complete the payment process

Inability to deliver to the provided address

Customer request for cancellation

Exceeding the consumption limit

If an order is canceled, you will receive a notification email from Chong Kio website system. No charges will be applied for the canceled order you placed. If you have any questions, please email service@chongkio.com or call +853 6283 2980 for further information.

Q07: How can I track/change the delivery address?

After the goods have been shipped, if you need to change the address, please contact logistics service provider directly to make arrangements. Any resulting additional fees must be paid by you. If you are unable to receive the package for personal reasons, please contact logistics service provider directly to make arrangements. If the delivery attempts are repeatedly unsuccessful, your order may be cancelled, and no refund will be provided by our company.

Q08: How to use a promotional code?

The Chong Kio official online shop offers exclusive promotions that are regularly updated. Simply add the products to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout. During the payment stage, enter the promotional code in the designated field and submit it. Please note that only one promotional code can be used per order. If you have any difficulties, please contact our customer service department, and we will be happy to assist you.

Q09: Exchange and return policy

Exchange

If you receive a product that is different from your order, you must contact our customer service representative within 7 days of receiving the order and submit an exchange request. If the product packaging has not been opened and our customer service representative confirms that the product is from Chong Kio, we will send you an exchange confirmation via email and arrange the exchange process. Please note that we only accept exchanges for products that were incorrectly shipped, and we do not accept exchanges for any other reasons. Once the returned goods are confirmed, we will refund the cost of the goods in the form of points to your Chong Kio membership account.

All items to be returned or exchanged must be brand new, unused, unaltered, and still have all the original Chong Kio tags and packaging, as well as intact tamper-evident seals/stickers. If the returned items for exchange are damaged or the tamper-evident seal/sticker has been torn, we will not accept the exchange request and will return the items to the customer, and/or refuse the refund request.

Promotion Product

During our special promotion period, products marked as “Promotion” are sold as final sale and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Repeated Exchanges

We provide a flexible exchange policy to ensure you have a convenient and pleasant online shopping experience. However, we keep a record of customers’ exchange frequency, and repeated exchanges may draw our attention. We reserve the right to close your Chong Kio account or refuse future return requests based on our own discretion.

Non-Chong Kio Products Return

Please note that we are not responsible for products returned that were not purchased from Chong Kio stores or the official online shop.
